I created this course because I believe healing is not just something that happens in our thoughts. It also happens in the body.  That is because trauma and stress are not only psychological experiences. They are also physiological ones. This course combines the science of trauma and the nervous system with practical, body based tools you can start using right away. You will learn how your nervous system responds to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, and how to work with your body to create greater regulation and stability. By the end of the course, you will not only understand your nervous system more clearly, you will also develop a deeper sense of compassion for yourself and the ways your body has learned to adapt and survive.
